What do I need once I’ve purchased my Printess subscription?
You will need a working E-commerce website where you can install Printess as an iFrame/Plugin.
How much time will I require to get started once I buy the subscription?
This will totally depend on various factors such as the number of products that you want to launch, the state of your E-commerce store and the skills of your team. Ideally, you can have Printess live on your website within 30-60 days.

Yes, we have ISO conforming colour management & support. Printess is a truly WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) editor where it generates output that supports die-cut lines, CMYK & spot colours. Colour profiling is maintained in the output or a default CMYK profile is attached during export.
What file types are supported in Printess?
Printess supports importing of PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF and SVG file types.

Where are all the templates, customer data, orders etc stored?
All your templates & layouts are stored on the Amazon AWS cloud server. Your customer data, orders & payment information remains under your control.
How many templates/layouts do I get when I buy the subscription?
With the large plan & above, you get 5000+ layouts/templates. With the medium plan, you get the basic templates to start selling. The application has the power to allow you to design any kind of product templates to suit your needs.
Can I also personalize non-photo products (stationary products, books, menu cards etc)?
Yes, you can personalize non-photo products with various text typography options or using our powerful AI tools.
Can Printess handle high volume orders during my peak season?
Yes, we have highly-scalable cloud-based server infrastructure that can take care of order traffic in any region & in any scenario. You can easily handle large volumes seamlessly.
What do you mean by storage in the plans?
Storage plans refer to the space taken by templates & its elements. We only store the templates whereas the customer information & order data rests with you.
What do you mean by seats?
Seats refer to the number of people who would be using the Printess editor. If you have two designers & one developer using Printess at the same time through individual logins, you will require three seats. This doesn’t refer to the end user & you can have an unlimited number of users using the design tool on your website.
Can I localize Printess in my language?
Yes. You can localise Printess in any language of your choice except for languages that require RTL support (right-to-left like Hebrew, Arabic, Urdu)
Does Printess offer AI capabilities?
Yes, we have advanced AI capabilities such as GenAI, text to image generation, AI writer, face-swap etc.
Is Printess suitable if I have variable data printing requirements?

Do I need to share my customer data or business information with Printess?
No, we don’t touch your customer data or business information as we don’t charge any revenue share. Your business information remains completely confidential & under your control.
What is your payment policy?
We have 2 types of fees:
1: Subscription fee: This needs to be paid monthly or annually depending on the option that you choose. You don’t need to pay hefty setup fees, support fees or transaction fees nor do you need to invest in high-end servers.
2: Ramp-up fees (if applicable): This is an optional service only if you prefer to do any kind of customization with us. We will dedicate a specialist who will help you get started with Printess efficiently.
Do I need to pay for bug fixes?
No, you don’t need to pay for any bug fixes. Once you report it to our support team, we will ensure that we fix it.
What is your support process?
You can direct your technical questions to our support team via email & we ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner. Our SLA’s vary according to the subscription plan chosen but it is never more than 24 business hours.
